Cancellation Policy

We provide high quality health care at a very low cost and we reserve your chosen appointment time exclusively for you. By scheduling your appointment with Forbes VIP Health, PLLC and paying your visit fee, which is required at the time of booking, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy as follows:

If you find you are unable to keep your appointment as scheduled you must cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date/time to avoid a late cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee for appointments cancelled at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

For Telehealth visits, unless the patient cancels his/her appointment at least 12 hours prior to when it is scheduled to occur, a $50 late cancellation fee will be incurred.

For mobile (in-person home or office visits), $50 of the mobile visit fee will be retained as a late cancellation fee if the patient fails to cancel at least 12 hours prior to when the appointment is scheduled to occur.
